Research Description
My research focuses on understanding how genetic variation influences complex diseases by developing and applying advanced statistical methods for single-cell genomics. I am particularly interested in dissecting cell type-specific regulation of gene expression, integrating transcriptomic and epigenomic data, and mapping genetic effects across populations. My work aims to link genetic variation to cellular function and disease mechanisms, ultimately improving our understanding of disease biology and informing precision medicine strategies.
