Gene and environment interplay, peer victimization, family processes, child and adolescent health.

Research Description

I am interested in examining the interplay between genes and aspects of the social environment on mental health and health behavior outcomes in childhood and adolescence. My current research is focused on understanding the genetics and epigenetics of child and adolescent peer victimization with the intent to identify environmental points of leverage to minimize negative sequelae.
